REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Millet Chef strives to deliver the best quality products and customer service. Please review our Refund & Return Policy carefully. By purchasing from https://milletchef.com/shop/, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

  1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN/REFUND
  • Returns are accepted only for products:
    • Delivered in a damaged or defective condition.
    • Passed their expiration date at the time of delivery.
    • Incorrectly shipped (wrong product delivered).
  • Returns are not accepted for perishable food items delivered in good condition, or for change-of-mind requests.
  1. TIMEFRAME FOR RAISING A REQUEST
  • You must notify us of any damage, defect, or incorrect delivery within 48 hours of order delivery. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
  1. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR REFUND
  • Email us at support@milletchef.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and its packaging.
  • Provide all required details promptly to facilitate timely resolution.
  1. PROCESS FOR RETURNS
  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for product pick-up or guide you on return shipping.
  • The product must be:
    • Unused and in its original condition.
    • In its original packaging, along with all tags, bills, and accessories.
    • For issues related to damage on receipt, unopened packets must be returned.
  1. REFUND MODE & TIMELINE
  • If your return is approved:
    • You may receive a full refund to your original payment method or store credit, as per your preference.
    • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from approval.
    • Replacement, if selected and available, will be dispatched post-approval.
  • For prepaid orders:
    • Refunds are credited to the same account/card used for payment.
  • Shipping fees are refunded only if the return is due to Millet Chef’s error (damaged, expired, or wrong product shipped).
  1. CANCELLATIONS
  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
  • If you wish to cancel after dispatch, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. If accepted, refunds will be processed minus applicable shipping charges.
  • No cancellations are entertained for perishable items once dispatched.
  1. EXCEPTIONS & CLARIFICATIONS
  • Returns are not accepted for products without their original packaging, products that have been partially consumed/used, or requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Sale items and promotional products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless proven damaged or defective on receipt.
  • All refunds and returns are subject to inspection and approval by Millet Chef.
  1. LEGAL RIGHTS
  • This policy aligns with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and e-commerce regulations of India. Consumers are entitled to redress for receipt of defective, expired, or misrepresented products.
